 Cholesterol is bad thing to us body. So I have some suggestion, you try this.You have to eat more vegetables. Because it is good for your body. And you must avoide to eat eggs. Eggs has a lot of cholesterol. You need to eat something low cholesterol.For example, fish,,fruit, and vegetables. Also, vitaminC is good for the health. It is lawer the cholesterol. Orange and lemons are good for your body too. And you can be ingested vitaminC in supplements. It is not expensive so I recommend this idea. However, it is bad to the body when too much intake of sapplement. Finally, you must do moderate exersise. For example, running, areobics and strech. You go to the gym and some exersise in there. This is the best thing. And you have to keep doing exersise everyday. It is the most important. In conclusion, you must not  eat high cholesterol foods and you have to do exersise everyday.

I got jet lag when I came to the United State. For example, headache , more body of Arc and exc. I couldn't sleep very well when I came here first time. So I was using my phone on the bed. But I had to go to the ASU for orientation. I was so sleepy all the day. Next day, I couldn't get up early morning. But I kept going to the school. Then I was always tired. I couldn't be taken tired. Because it was in the morning in Japn.

I think writing is most easy to learn English. Because I studied writing in Japan. But speaking is dificult for me. There is not opotunity to speak English.

1st time

I am from Japan. I have Father, Mother and yonger sister.
I like listen to music and talk to my friends on Skype. I've been to here for two months. Why decided to came ASU, I want to go to the Grand Canyon!! I want to be a teacher in Japan after graduate my university. I can move my ears.
